Due to a very stressful job and life situations, I have had chronic fatigue since about 1984. It took the form of a deep, deep tiredness and very heavy feeling all the time. Even my will power was not sufficient to push my body. My doctor insisted that I take three months off from work, or he was going to hospitalize me.
