Early in 1993 I was in pain and had a lump on the right side of my body. A visit to the Doctor followed by an operation for a radical hysterectomy found that I had Cancer. As my tumors was Located outside the uterus I was advised that I had the option of having Chemotherapy.

On the 23rd April I commenced my first of three treatments of Chemotherapy. I was to be given the maximum dose of the drug that would be most effective on the particular sarcoma that I had. After having the Chemotherapy I had to spent one night in hospital under observation

The first treatment was unpleasant but tolerable, during the second treatment I was very sick and unable to stop vomiting. A Doctor had to be called to administer additional anti-nausea drugs to control the vomiting.

In the weeks following the second Chemotherapy I continued to be nauseous. A friend invited me to meet her friend Joshua Shaw who had invented the Elanra, the world's first therapeutic ioniser as she felt it may be of benefit to me. During our conversation that afternoon I had the ioniser sitting within three feet of me. As Joshua sat explaining to me how the therapeutic ioniser worked I began to notice that I no longer felt nauseous and that I did indeed feel better. Joshua was very kind and made an ioniser available for me to try.

My third and Last Chemotherapy was coming up and I was quite distressed at having to go through it again. Once again I was very sick on ariving home from hospital I climbed into bed with my ioniser, this time the vomiting ceased without extra help from the Doctors and I noticed that whenever I moved away from the ioniser that I began to feel nauseous once again, I would quickly return to bed and the ioniser within a matter of thirty minutes would feel more comfortable.

One of the side effects of Chemotherapy is that patients tend to pick up every cold, infection and virus as the immune system is not functioning. This, however, has not been the so in my case, although I have had a house fill of children with every type of viral infection under the sun, I remained healthy.

As my younger son sleeps with me he also has benefited from the ELANRA. Every year he has had continual colds, this year however there have been fewer colds, if any and recovery is almost immediate.

My eldest son has suffered from Hayfever and Rhinitis since a small child he has also used the ELANRA with excellent results. It is now a fight as to who is going to use the ELANRA, I have had to demand its return to my room and envisage purchasing a second in the near future.

I cannot sing the praises of the Elanra high enough I recommend this machine to anyone with bronchial, allergies, asthma and sinus.
